Description and Qualifications:
As part of a department of three people, the Accounting Clerk provides general support to the accounting team. This includes accounts payable, check processing, travel card administration and the maintenance of accounting files. Responsibilities include: Data entry of accounts payable, Printing, stuffing and mailing of accounts payable checks, Assist in the processing of payroll, Process travel and incentive advances on a daily basis, Provide back-up support to other areas of the Accounting Department, Basic knowledge of general accounting practices and terminology. The position requires a high school diploma or GED. At least three years work experience in Accounting or related field is preferred. Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency required. Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Access is highly desirable.

Description and Qualifications:
Responsible for traveling to designated neighborhoods to conduct door-to-door interviews. Conduct an in-person interview with a consumer and ask specific questions about their readership of magazines and newspapers and record their answers in a booklet. Perform various administrative tasks, i.e. editing, invoicing and reporting. Position requires a high school education or equivalent, ability to work mostly evenings and weekends, and frequent travel. Candidates fluent in both English and Spanish welcomed.
Research Participant Recruiter

Description and Qualifications:
LHK Partners, Inc. is looking for part time Research Participant Recruiter to assist in the screening and enrollment of participants for a new research study. The study is a national research study of consumers’ daily activities and media usage, and selected participants will input data in real time via an iPhone interface. This position will interact via telephone with pre-selected people providing information about the study and ultimately recruit study participants.
This is a part time position in the office in Newtown Square. This is not a sales position, however, you will be required to educate and engage prior study participants about this new research and gain their agreement to become a part of the study. After proven performance, consideration for work at home may be given Candidates for this position must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to Newtown Square, PA. Pay for this position is $15 per hour. Hours will vary, approximately 12 to 25+ hours per week.
Primary Job Duties Include:
- Make outbound calls to potential research study participants.
- Recruit subjects over the phone, and enroll eligible participants to participate in the study.
- Input participant data into a specialized proprietary system.
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a position involving outbound phone work or related sales (call center, recruiting, sales, market research, etc).
- Enthusiastic and engaging communicator able to positively influence others.
- CANDIDATES WITHOUT PROVEN PAST EXPERIENCE IN THE ABOVE-MENTIONED AREAS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- Proper telephone etiquette.
- Accurate data entry of participant information.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be self motivated, hard working, and dependable.

Description and Qualifications:
The Senior Project Director oversees and manages custom research projects commissioned by client companies. This position will also oversee the efforts of all internal departments and serves as the liaison with outside vendors and clients during the course of the project. Serves as mentor to any junior project direction staff working on assigned projects. Statistical procedures are often used. The Senior PD is responsible for the development of questionnaires and final report for assigned projects. The Senior Project Director works with the project staff to see that all goals of a project are met and are in line with stated objectives. Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in custom quantitative marketing research is required.
