LHK Partners’ senior research staff is involved in the entire research design and implementation process – providing a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, experience and insights to addressing your information needs.
Bill Kramkowski - Principal
Prior to co-founding LHK Partners, Bill was Vice President/Group Manager at Chilton Research Services, responsible for directing a team of researchers focusing on consumer products and services. He has also held senior positions at Shifrin Research and Bruno & Ridgeway Research where he designed and implemented research projects for ethical and OTC pharmaceutical products, beverage and food related industries and, telecommunications. Having had experience on both the supplier and client side of marketing research, Bill brings a unique client-side perspective and hands-on insight to his market research background. His experience working with a variety of market research companies has provided firsthand knowledge about what works and what doesn’t in different industries.
Andy Lohan - Principal
Prior to co-founding LHK Partners, Andy was Vice President/Director of Operations at Chilton Research Services where he was responsible for the overall management of all of Chilton’s operations facilities – including telephone interviewing centers, sampling units, field management and data processing departments – as well as a staff of more than 500 employees supporting these operations. During his career, he has also held senior positions at The Data Group and Consumer/Industrial Research. In addition to his operations expertise, Andy also brings a wealth of experience in account management and project design, which is invaluable when selecting the right combination of data collection methods and analytic approaches for your specific project.
A.J. Newman – Director of Research Solutions
A.J. is Director of Research Solutions at LHK and is responsible for research consultation, study design, account and project management, and analysis. Prior to joining LHK in 2009, A.J. was Executive Vice President/Client Services at ICR/International Communications Research where his primary responsibilities included client service and new business development, sales team and project direction team management as well as corporate marketing. He has also held senior positions at Information Resources Incorporated (IRI) and The Data Group. A.J. brings a wealth of experience and creativity to LHK with regard to project design, analysis and interpretation of the study results. He welcomes the most difficult of research challenges, always keeping “quality” as the foremost objective.
Kristen Conrad – Director of Custom Research
Kristen is Director of Custom Research and is responsible for ongoing client service and co-management of our project staff. Prior to joining LHK in 1998, Kristen was Associate Account Manager/Project Director at Consumer/Industrial Research Service where she had a combined focus on business-to-business and consumer directed research. Her responsibilities at C/I/R included cultivating and maintaining client relationships as well as managing all phases of research projects. Kristen began her research career Director at Chilton Research Services where she was responsible for the overall coordination of telephone polling, public opinion and public policy research and other consumer research. Her diverse background has ingrained the belief that information is only good if it is timely, and, as such, will move mountains to deliver your projects on-time (and on-budget).
Libby Mapes – Director of Custom Research
Libby is Director of Custom Research and is responsible for ongoing client service and co-management of our project staff. Prior to joining LHK in 2007, Libby was Vice President/Account Executive at International Communications Research where she was responsible for account development and management. Libby also held key positions at Weightman Advertising where she focused on advertising related custom research design and analysis, and Mapes and Ross, where she managed all phases of M&R’s syndicated television and print advertising copy testing service for many of the company’s key accounts. She feels strongly that good client service is paramount and if we are not saving you time, we are not doing our job!
